Controller FP&A Projects & Processes (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Take over main responsibility in monthly closure activities (e.g. Sales reporting, Management Reporting) & quarterly reporting tasks
• Monthly closure tasks to ensure high quality of data & transfer to parent company in time
• Fiscal Year end process incl. Restatement of PY results & supporting Std. Cost Restatement
• Guide through monthly performance review meeting
• Support in internal cross-departmental Controlling/ Finance projects
• Drive digital transformation/ automation of Controlling processes
• Work closely together with internal IT & external consultants
• Contact person for auditors ("GuV Einzelabschluss"/ financial statement of Grohe AG) & other internal departments (e.g Accounting, SCM)
• Responsible for updating relevant master data (e.g cost center, profit center master data & hierarchies)

Your profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in economics with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling, business information systems/ IT
• Work experience in above mentioned areas for at least 3 years
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with a proactive approach
• Affinity for numbers & IT, a good understanding of financial systems (SAP R3 GDE, GBW, DSO)
• Structured way of working & good time management
• Fluent English skills
