An exciting, high growth Fintech company who are built on cutting edge technology is currently searching for an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to join the team. This is an extremely important role for the company and will overall contribute to the growth and expansion plans they have in place. As the COO, you will help shape and oversee the systems, processes and people necessary to underpin the business operations and deliver to the forecast revenue, expense budgets and timing.

You will be responsible for ensuring the business delivers on its promises to clients, including uptime and that customer feedback is always excellent. This is a critical role for the organisation. Essential Candidate Profile

The successful candidates core capability will be in FinTech operations and technology, both in development and product management. Deep understanding of financial technology and software development, delivery, project management disciplines are crucial. You will have a successful background in running operations unit to ensure non-IT processes are delivered to and quality. Experience in having the responsibility for mitigating risk and meeting all compliance & legal requirements.
