A day in the life of a Coordinator DTC (m/f/x)

• KPI analysis: identifying potential as well as developing and implementing improvement measures
• Budget planning and interim adjustments
• Order book checks, including clarification with Planning & Buying when required, and review of initial allocation quantities
• Creation and maintenance of seasonal master data
• Review of release proposals together with Planning, Outbound and Online teams, including time-slot booking for deliveries
• Provision of missing master data, e.g., ATS and additional purchases (ongoing process)
• Handling of damaged items: review and coordination of damage transfers, including logistics coordination
• Old stock transfers, including logistics coordination
• Annual inventory: preparation, execution and follow-up in collaboration with Finance and Online teams
• Monthly inventory: analysis of error sources
• Follow-up on missing deliveries in coordination with the Outbound team
• Promotions and newsletters: preparation of offers
• Markdowns: KPI analysis and definition of markdown steps tailored specifically to the online shop
• Participation in bi-weekly team calls to align on current topics

What do we need from you?

• Completed vocational training or a high school diploma
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities
• Affinity for numbers and a structured, data-driven working style
• Native-level German and fluent English (English is our business language)
• Advanced MS Office skills
