Your Role

As Coordinator for Warehouse Logistics and Materials Management, you play a key role in ensuring a stable and prioritized material flow within an Automotive production environment. You act as a central interface between customers, service providers, internal departments, and site management. In addition, you support the Site Manager in administrative and operational matters and serve as a deputy during absence.

Also, you will be responsible for business development in the surrounding area: visiting customers and offering our services.

We will ensure your professional initial onboarding and training phase which will be 2-4 months long and will take place in Germany, ensuring a deep understanding of our processes, standards, systems, customer requirements and corporate culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Creation, maintenance, and booking of entries and transactions in SAP
• Coordination and communication with customers, logistics service providers, and internal stakeholders
• Support of reporting activities and preparation of operational data
• Administrative support of the Site Manager and contribution to site organization
• Prioritization and control of material and parts flow to assembly, including urgent parts and special processes
• Support in incorrect delivery‑related processes (process stability and material flow assurance)
• Handling and coordination of activities related to transport damages
• Ensuring transparency, accuracy, and traceability within warehouse and material management processes
• Acting as deputy for the Site Manager when required

Your Profile

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training
• Practical experience in the application of SAP, ideally in logistics or materials management
• Experience in warehouse logistics, material flow, or production‑related supply processes is an advantage
• High level of diligence, reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills
• Structured, precise, and solution‑oriented working style
• Language skills: English and Czech fluent (spoken and written), German language skills are an advantage
