Position: Coordinator Wholesale Operations & Customer Service (m/f/x)

Part of the Customer Service Operations team for Germany, reports to the Manager or Senior Manager Wholesale Operations & Customer. Provides administrative support and manages wholesale and e‑commerce partner requirements regarding fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order processing (order entry) and Orderbook monitoring in SAP Supply chain; progress orders through the warehouse and delivery cycle according to set time frames.
  • Enter all relevant data for order delivery (customer order numbers, verification of sizes & colour codes, adjustment of delivery dates, discounts, etc.).
  • Prepare analysis on order delivery status and partner inquiries.
  • Process return requests.
  • Provide end‑consumer service.
  • Offer service‑oriented support to sales representatives in administrative matters (delivery status, reorder, availabilities, etc.).
  • Monitor special orders (advertising, etc.).
  • Create specific reports and maintain customer master data.
  • Maintain direct contact with partners, warehouse, credit‑control department, and sales teams regarding order and delivery status.
  • Apply SAP FMS HANA (English) and MS Office.
  • Support credit control in Amsterdam with account clarification.
  • Create divisional reports (e.g., Pack & Hold) and participate in relevant projects.
  • Serve as B2B contact person.

Qualifications

  • Commercial education.
  • Vocational diploma or Abitur.
  • Strong communication and team‑ability.
  • Organizational talent – ability to set priorities.
  • Affinity with numbers and structured work with data and lists.
  • Good German language skills; fluent in English.
  • Advanced PC‑user skills (MS‑Office).
