Job Overview

We are seeking an innovative and skilled COPILOT Studio Developer specializing in Generative AI Customization to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom generative AI models and solutions that leverage Microsoft s COPILOT Studio.

Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with Microsoft COPILOT Studio and its customization capabilities. Proficiency in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying Generative AI models. Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning frameworks. Experience with AI model integration, particularly with enterprise software and Microsoft ecosystems. Programming proficiency in Python, C#, or other relevant languages. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure for AI model deployment.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in AI / ML model development and deployment, with a focus on generative AI customization. Experience integrating AI solutions with business processes and applications. Experience working in agile teams, using DevOps methodologies.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with AI governance and ensuring ethical AI development. Knowledge of Dell Boomi or similar integration tools is a plus.

Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Integration

Customize and integrate AI models within Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to enhance CRM and ERP functionalities. Leverage Dynamics 365 COPILOT capabilities to automate tasks, provide AI-driven insights, and streamline business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand specific use cases for AI within Dynamics 365, such as sales predictions, customer support automation, and process optimizations. Proficiency in developing and customizing AI models within Microsoft Dynamics 365 COPILOT for enhanced business workflows. Hands-on experience in configuring and deploying AI solutions in Dynamics 365 environments for various business applications (e.g., CRM, ERP).
