About the Role

This is a hands on, high impact role reporting to senior management, with responsibility for financial modelling, fundraising support, and strategic initiatives. The Analyst will play a key role in supporting the company's growth and investor engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Own and develop the company's financial model to support strategic decision-making.

Support fundraising activities, including equity (ECM) and debt (DCM), by preparing investor materials, roadshow decks, and financial analysis.

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform senior management decisions.

Maintain and update investor and market databases.

Assist with the development of new business models and strategic growth initiatives.

Collaborate across international teams to integrate operational insights into financial planning.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.

3-6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or similar environments.

Strong financial modelling and PowerPoint skills.

Analytical, curious, and proactive, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Fluency in German and English.
