Your responsibilities

Management of the overall process in FIS Integrity and the SAP interfaces as well as bank connectivity (SWIFT)
Planning, piloting, and roll‑out of ISO 20022 migrations in close coordination with banks, our Shared Service Center (SSC) and IT
Further development of segregation of duties (SoD)/four‑eyes principle and governance of payment processes
Definition of the digitalisation roadmap and further development of a system‑supported liquidity planning and forecasting solution in FIS Integrity or equivalent
Evaluation and integration of AI‑supported tools for process automation
Data and interface architecture for forecasting regarding bank statements, open items from SAP, payment files, possibly factoring (data) feeds including data dictionary and quality metrics
Conducting training for key users and the SSC, documentation, and handover to operational organisation including KPIs and dashboards

Your profile

Degree in Business Administration or IT, preferably with a focus on Finance
Several years of professional and project experience in Corporate Treasury with a connection to IT or process roles
Confident use of FIS Integrity and SWIFT, SAP FI/CO, as well as MS Office
Expertise in projects related to bank onboarding and interfaces (pain.001, camt.52/53, MT940)
Experience with Treasury Management System‑based forecasting/liquidity planning (including SAP Cash Management) including KPI reporting
Fluent in English, German is an advantage
Strong communication skills at all stakeholder levels and negotiation skills
Analytical, solution‑oriented, and structured working style combined with interdisciplinary, quality‑oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
High affinity for IT and process thinking; ability to drive complex interface topics
