Country Manager – Partner, Germany

EER Global, a leading international recruitment and headhunting agency headquartered in London, is expanding into Germany. We are looking for an

experienced leader

to establish and lead our new German branch — and

grow into a partner-level role .

Your Responsibilities: Build and manage the German team from the ground up Drive business development, acquire new clients, and close deals Define and implement the local strategy in alignment with EER’s international standards Represent EER as a trusted partner and ambassador in the German market

Your Profile: Proven and relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or headhunting – this is a mandatory requirement for the role Strong sales and business development track record Good understanding of the German recruitment market Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and develop a team Ambitious and entrepreneurial, with interest in progressing to a

partner-level role
