Responsibilities

• Lead digital-first creative initiatives across various platforms, including campaigns, content, and digital ecosystems.
• Utilize emerging technologies like GenAI, immersive design, and interactive storytelling to enhance brand narratives.
• Mentor and guide creative teams through concept development, pitching, and production processes.
• Stay abreast of digital trends to ensure innovative and relevant work.
• Oversee production processes for video, AI-generated content, and digital assets.
• Present strategies and ideas persuasively to clients and internal teams.
• Support new business development with innovative ideas and presentations.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in digital brand communication, campaigns, or content creation, with a portfolio demonstrating innovation and storytelling.
• Fluent in German; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience with digital behaviors, brand-building, and content production in a platform-first environment.
• Technological expertise in GenAI, immersive tools, or emerging tech, with creative application skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, presentation, and pitching abilities.
• Mentorship and collaboration skills, with a positive and empathetic approach.
