Your role

We are seeking a visionary “Creative Director” to lead our creative team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, branding, and experiential marketing, with a passion for pushing creative boundaries. This role demands a strategic thinker who can turn concepts into compelling narratives and experiences that resonate with audiences. Responsibilities :

• Creative Leadership : Lead and inspire the creative team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
• Concept Development : Generate bold and unique ideas for branding, marketing campaigns, and experiential projects
• Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand their vision, goals, and brand identity, translating their needs into creative solutions
• Project Oversight : Oversee the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Quality Control : Maintain high standards of design and creativity, providing constructive feedback to team members
• Trend Analysis : Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the agency at the forefront of creativity
• Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and team members, fostering professional growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an agency environment
• Proven track record of successful project management and creative execution
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including branding, digital, and experiential work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team while managing multiple projects simultaneously
