JOIN OUR TEAM AS Creative Lead (m/w/d)
Location: Europe
We are seeking a Creative Lead to define and execute the creative direction for the Schuberth Brand going forward. With a core focus on head protection, our products combine performance, innovation, safety, and German craftsmanship — each one handmade in Germany to exacting standards.
This is a senior, hands-on role for a creative who understands how to build a high-end brand in a performance-driven category. You will shape how our products, story, and values are expressed visually across all touchpoints, while personally delivering much of the creative work yourself.
This role will be influential in the representation of the brand going forward and will be the senior creative authority within the business , taking responsibility for the brand’s creative quality, consistency, and evolution.

Your tasks
Creative Direction & Brand Stewardship
- Own and evolve the brand’s creative and visual direction across all channels
- Ensure the brand consistently reflects premium quality, technical credibility, and trust
- Translate product performance, safety standards, and craftsmanship into clear, compelling creative
- Act as the internal guardian of brand integrity and visual standards
Hands-On Creative Execution
- Personally design and deliver a significant portion of creative output, including:
- Brand and product assets
- Campaign and launch materials
- Digital, print, and retail content
- Set the creative benchmark through exceptional craft, attention to detail, and restraint
Product & Craft Storytelling
- Work closely with product and manufacturing teams to deeply understand:
- Materials, construction, and safety technology
- German manufacturing processes and quality standards
- Develop visual narratives that communicate performance, protection, and craftsmanship without overstatement
External Partner Leadership
- Brief and manage photographers, videographers, and creative partners
- Lead premium product shoots, lifestyle shoots, and film production
- Review and approve external creative to ensure it meets brand and quality expectations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Positioned within marketing, you will also partner closely with product, and leadership teams
- Support product launches, campaigns, and long-term brand initiatives
- Help define creative workflows and standards as the brand scales globally
What you bring with you
- Has a refined eye for premium design and brand expression
- Understands how to balance performance, safety, and aesthetics
- Is comfortable owning creative decisions end-to-end
- Enjoys being hands-on while guiding external specialists
- Values quality, precision, and thoughtful storytelling over volume or hype
- Several years of experience in design or creative roles (in-house or agency)
- Strong portfolio showing premium brand work, ideally within sport, performance, or luxury-adjacent sectors
- Advanced skills in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Experience leading photography and video production
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, materials, and visual systems
- Experience working with product-led or technically complex brands is highly desirable
- Very good command of English and another foreign language, ideally German
