We’re building Europe’s leading workplace intelligence platform. Fresh off our Series B , we’re scaling fast — and you’ll be joining at a truly exciting stage of our journey. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping our industry thought leadership and managing our core content platforms.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Berlin hub. We’re looking for a hands‑on Creative Producer who thrives on execution — someone who loves turning ideas into high‑quality assets and getting them distributed, seen, and continuously improved.
Your core mission is to create and scale visual content that fuels deskbird’s growth across both product‑led and sales‑led motions. This includes everything from product videos and tutorials to customer stories, event recaps, and LinkedIn‑native formats.
Social will be a key output, but not the whole job. At its core, this role is about end‑to‑end creation. You’ll help define how deskbird shows up visually, with a strong emphasis on short‑form video and LinkedIn‑first content. You’ll be part of a marketing team that values speed, creativity, and experimentation.
Own the full content lifecycle from idea → production → editing → publishing → iteration.
