We deliver digital marketing solutions. With a passion for aviation, Oscar Bravo is driving the Lufthansa Group to be a leader in digital marketing. We do this in-house through innovative and creative intrapreneurship.

Tasks

We are seeking YOU – Creative Strategist – to join Oscar Bravo, the Lufthansa Group’s in-house creative agency. If you thrive on bold ideas, love data, and want to shape memorable campaigns, we want you! Drive new business, pitch big ideas, and create inspiring work for Lufthansa Group clients.

What you’ll do

• Drive new business pitches with Creative Director oversight
• Respond to briefs and deliver proactive, speculative ideas to spark opportunities
• Bring fresh perspective from beyond aviation and Lufthansa Group
• Act as a Concept Creative on Lufthansa Group briefs
• Support brainstorms, ideation, and ad hoc research
• Provide copywriting support across projects
• Contribute to social content and attend productions as needed
• Collaborate with Art Directors or Content Creators
• Report on all New Business activities

Requirements

• A strategic, conceptual mindset with a talent for big ideas grounded in insight and logic
• Strong social-first thinking with experience in digital ideation across formats
• Storytelling skills that build belief and take audiences on a clear journey
• Analytical curiosity with the ability to turn trends and insights into strategy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven pitching experience
• Fluency in both English and German
