We don't do generic. We don't do boring. And we definitely don't do stock footage of smiling students holding textbooks.

We stop scrolls. We fill classrooms. And we're looking for someone who's as obsessed with this as we are.

We're currently hiring a Creative Strategist (Meta & TikTok Ads).

What you'll actually be doing:

  • Ideating and executing creative strategy for Meta & TikTok campaigns across some of the world's most exciting education brands — MBAs, upskilling programs, edtech companies, online courses and more.
  • Living in the Ad Library, Reels, and TikTok For You Page like it's your second home — spotting trends, dissecting winning hooks, and figuring out why some ads stop the scroll while others get buried.
  • ✍️ Writing direct-response copy that hits pain points so accurately it makes prospects feel seen. Headlines, hooks, UGC scripts, CTAs — you'll own all of it.
  • Scouting and briefing UGC creators to bring your vision to life — because authentic > polished. Every. Single. Time.
  • Managing a team of designers and video editors to turn your concepts into conversion machines.
  • Building systems that scale — brief templates, UGC recipes, static ad frameworks — so the team moves faster and clients stay happy.

The role is NOT for you if:

  • ❌ You think a $50,000 high-production video beats a raw iPhone testimonial (we have data that says otherwise)
  • ❌ You need someone to explain why the first 3 seconds matter
  • ❌ You're still writing "Transform your future with world-class education" as a headline
  • ❌ You prefer vibes over metrics

It IS for you if:

  • ✅ You have 3-4+ years experience as a Creative Strategist, copywriter, or social media manager at an ad/marketing agency
  • ✅ You know the difference between a hook that looks good and one that converts
  • ✅ You've got strong conversion copywriting skills and can make someone feel understood in two sentences
  • ✅ You've coordinated creative teams and managed multiple clients without dropping the ball
  • ✅ You're a native-level English speaker based in CET ±2 hours
  • ✅ You're not precious about your ideas — you care about results, not being right

Bonus points if you've worked in education, EdTech or high-consideration/investment B2C.
