CRM & Automation Data Specialist
Contract: Fixed-term (1 year)
Start date: As soon as possible
Location: Munich (office-based)
To strengthen our Commercial and Digital team, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM & Automation Data Specialist . The core focus of this role is ensuring high-quality data and efficient processes within our Salesforce CRM , supporting Sales and Marketing teams with reliable data, smooth CRM usage, and structured reporting. Automation and reporting topics — including Power BI adaptations . The primary emphasis of this position is clearly on CRM data quality, CRM support, and CRM process optimization .
Your Responsibilities
CRM Data Quality & Data Management (Core Focus)
- Build and continuously improve processes to ensure high CRM data quality (e.g. products, contacts, farmers, distributors)
- Identify, analyze, and clean duplicate Accounts and Contacts
- Correct inaccurate records and maintain clean data structures and hierarchies
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to validate and enrich CRM data
Reporting & Automation
- Create and maintain regular reports on CRM usage and data quality
- Support and further develop existing dashboards
- Use and apply adaptations to Power BI reports based on CRM and ERP data
- Support automation of CRM-related processes and structured preparation of data for reporting and analysis
CRM & System Support
- Provide hands‑on CRM support for internal teams
- Act as a key contact for Sales Representatives regarding CRM usage and troubleshooting
- Contribute to the ongoing optimization of CRM tools, workflows, and digital processes
Collaboration & Enablement
- Work closely with CRM, Digital, and cross‑functional teams
- Ensure proactive, structured communication across departments
- Support training activities and provide guidance on CRM best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of data quality principles and customer‑related processes
- Practical experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Power BI experience
- Interest in automation and digital process improvement
- Independent, structured working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong hands‑on mentality and solution‑oriented mindset
- Fluent in German and proficient in English
- Excellent communication skills and confident stakeholder management
