What will you do?

As a CRM Consultant at GoSoniq, you advise and support our clients in the use of CRM solutions such as Salesforce and Dynamics CE. You are involved daily in setting up, optimizing and automating sales and service processes. You translate the customer's business processes into an IT process, whereby you arrive at a suitable solution by thinking out-of-the-box. You call customers daily and listen carefully to their needs. You translate this into functionalities, helping to set up a better customer journey.

This is where you recognize yourself

• You have completed a college or university education;
• You have an affinity for IT, Marketing and/or e-commerce;
• You have knowledge of user research, customer journey mapping or data visualization (is a plus, not a requirement);
• You enjoy advising and inspiring customers;
• You are interested in optimizing business processes;
• You have full command of the Dutch language and can express yourself well in English;
• You live in the Groningen area.

• Gross salary from €2,800 to €5,800, based on 40 hours, depending on work experience;
