As a CRM-Manager (m/f/x) , you will be responsible for creating and managing our communication channels (Emails, Whatsapp, SMS). Your main goal is to engage, reactivate and pre-quality new and existing customers, which is crucial to drive Sales.

  • Creation and management of our marketing-driven CRM-campaigns on various channels (Email, Whatsapp, SMS etc.)
  • Implementation and analysis of A/B tests.
  • Development of concepts on how to qualify, engage and reactivate customers.
  • Work closely together with our design-, product-, marketing and sales department.
  • Data analysis and creation of management reports.

Aufgaben

  • Creation and management of our marketing-driven CRM-campaigns on various channels (Email, Whatsapp, SMS etc.)

Qualifikation

  • Successful university degree, majoring in business, economics, technology or a related field.

  • A proactive attitude and a firm commitment to achieving measurable outcomes.

  • Proficiency in handling data, tools, and intricate problem-solving.

  • Strong Hands-On mentality and analytical mindset.

  • Previous CRM experience.

  • Nice to have: customer.io experience.

  • Fluent in German and English.
