We are hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a fully remote position based in Greece.
You will support customers through multiple communication channels, ensuring high service standards and efficient issue resolution. This role offers flexibility, structured onboarding, and the opportunity to grow within an international environment.
Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide clear and accurate product or service information
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Escalate complex cases when required
Document all interactions in internal systems
Meet quality and performance KPIs
Deliver a positive and consistent customer experience
Native or fluent German (C1–C2 level)
Good command of English (B2 or higher)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible shifts (24/7 rotation)
Customer-oriented mindset
EU citizenship or valid Greek work authorization
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Full-time contract
