CSA Project Manager – Hyperscale Data Center

We are supporting a flagship hyperscale data center project in Germany and are seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to lead the delivery of all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works on site.

This role will take ownership of CSA packages from early construction through to handover, working closely with MEP, commissioning, and client teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all CSA activities, including groundworks, concrete structures, steel frame, envelope, and architectural fit‑out
• Act as the main interface for CSA contractors, subcontractors, and consultants
• Manage programme, quality, cost, and HSE performance across CSA scopes
• Coordinate CSA works with electrical, mechanical, and commissioning teams
• Oversee inspections, QA/QC, snagging, and final handover documentation
• Manage method statements, RAMS, permits, and temporary works
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and project standards
• Proven experience managing CSA delivery on large‑scale data center or mission‑critical projects
• Strong understanding of CSA construction sequencing and interfaces
• Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams
• Comfortable operating on high‑value, fast‑paced hyperscale developments
