We are looking for

Join our Customer Technical Development team to drive innovation in the automotive sector, with a special focus on electrification and the Eastern European markets. You will collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and external partners to promote and develop new applications for Syensqo’s specialty polymers.

• Developing technical expertise on existing and new applications of Syensqo's products in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Providing proactive technical consultation and subject-matter expertise to anticipate and solve customer challenges.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key industry players.
• Identifying new market opportunities and presenting innovative applications.
• Training customers, resolving technical complaints, and representing Syensqo at technical conferences.

You will bring

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in technical support or research related to design and injection/extrusion processing of plastic polymers.
• Strong knowledge of polymer chemistry, material properties, part/tooling design, and processing technologies.
• CAE/Moldflow proficiency and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• High motivation, teamwork, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel frequently (50–70%).
