I have a dream.

To build together with you the commercial success of an artistically powerful project where dance, live music and collective ritual serve as tools for healing, social change and community building.

For more than 20 years, I have been developing Ritual Dance with Live-Music together with colleagues — a method combining African dance traditions, Gestalt therapy, rhythm, voice and collective ritual to create trauma-sensitive and safer spaces for connection, creativity and transformation.

Through performances, workshops, trainings and Erasmus+ collaborations, this work — and our audience — has grown internationally. Now the project is ready for the next step: to be structured and developed commercially in a sustainable way.

• Professional training programs for educators, social workers, coaches, artists and therapists
• Public ritual dance events and conscious party formats
• Funding strategies and grant applications

Core responsibilities

• Managing finances, partnerships and marketing strategy
• Shaping the brand identity
• Expanding our online presence and digital learning platform

The collaboration is envisioned as along-term partnership with profit sharing.
