Job Summary

We're looking for a customer service professional to join our Jindabyne branch on a part‑time basis.

Roster Requirements

21 Hours Per Week

  • Mon – Off
  • Tue – 8:30 – 16:15 (45 Minute Break) (14:00 – 16:15 on phones)
  • Wed – 8:30 – 16:15 (45 Minute Break) (14:00 – 16:15 on phones)
  • Thu – Off
  • Fri – 8:30 – 16:15 (45 Minute Break) (14:00 – 16:15 on phones)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customers' transactional banking needs, delivering a seamless experience.
  • Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, bank cheques, transfers & CommFX.
  • Complete financial health checks to assess customers’ needs and identify changes or needs for specific products or services.
  • Assist with Cash/ATM procedures.
  • Educate and demonstrate in‑branch technology and digital banking options.
  • Adhere to bank processes and procedures, accurately reconciling transactions and reviewing customers’ financial positions while championing our strong risk culture.

About the Multi‑Channel Branch

  • 9:30‑1pm – Retail Branch services face‑to‑face customer needs, enquiries & transactions.
  • After 1pm – Assist customers via telephone or digital channels in a contact centre environment.
