Responsibilities

• Design and support large scale IP networking and subscriber management solutions
• Lead technical discussions during evaluations, proofs of concept, and deployments
• Troubleshoot complex networking and system level issues in live environments
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer engagements
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering and product teams
• Provide clear technical guidance to engineering teams and senior stakeholders
• Feed customer insights back into product improvement and roadmap planning

Skills / Must have

• Strong experience in service provider or cloud networking environments
• Deep understanding of IP networking and routing protocols including BGP, MPLS, OSPF, IS-IS, and IPv6
• Experience with access and subscriber technologies such as PPPoE, DHCP, RADIUS, and L2TP
• Hands on troubleshooting skills across network, system, and application layers
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Customer facing experience in a technical role
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
