Your mission:As our Customer Success Specialist, you'll work hand in hand with our Head of Admin & Customer Success and our Founder to ensure client satisfaction, drive retention, and turn our customers into true advocates. You'll have direct impact on customer relationships and play a key role in our growth story.. What you’ll do:Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients throughout their journeyOnboard new customers and ensure smooth platform adoptionProactively identify opportunities to help clients maximize their ROI with Socialness.aiAnalyze customer usage data and provide strategic recommendations for improvementHandle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with technical teams when neededGather customer feedback to inform product development and improvementsDevelop customer success programs and best practices to scale our support About you:Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field2-4 years' experience in customer success, account management, or client relations (ideally in tech, SaaS, or digital industries)Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindsetFluent in English (French and German are a plus)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsData-driven approach with ability to translate insights into actionable recommendationsComfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where you'll wear multiple hats ✨ If you're passionate about helping businesses succeed and want to be part of a growing AI company where every customer relationship matters — we'd love to meet you!
