Your goals are clear: Define the vision and roadmap for CRM success, driving transformative growth in customer lifetime value (LTV) and engagement across the German market. ResponsibilitiesDefine, own, and execute the comprehensive CRM strategy for our Germany-based partner, overseeing all retention channels, including email marketing, lifecycle programs, and emerging communication platforms.Drive strategy for lifetime-value based segmentation in partnership with BI Analysts, ensuring segments are scalable and leveraged across all channels (paid and non-paid) to maximize long-term client profitability.Serve as the executive leader for CRM, partnering cross-functionally across Exactius and client leadership to align the CRM roadmap with overall business objectives and long-term client success.Provide a key strategic perspective on messaging and market positioning specifically for the German market, personally reviewing and approving all copy and communications to ensure brand integrity and performance efficacy.Represent Exactius' CRM expertise in high-stakes client and executive-level discussions, demonstrating exceptional executive presence and ability to communicate complex strategic initiatives clearly and persuasively.RequirementsMinimum 7+ years of progressive experience in retention marketing / CRM, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership/strategic role.Expert-level understanding of lifecycle marketing, funnel optimization, advanced email campaigns, flows, and triggered automation.Required - Bi-lingual - fluent in English and German.Extensive, demonstrated knowledge of strategic remarketing and retargeting frameworks.Demonstrated executive presence and ability to clearly articulate complex strategies to C-suite and executive stakeholders.Highly attentive to details, thorough, responsible, and punctual.Proactive and creative with the drive to improve, learn and grow.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a leadership context.Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of translating complex data into a clear, actionable CRM vision.Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and meet ambitious deadlines.Great time management and prioritization skills.Strong work ethic in a remote work environment, operating with high autonomy.Advanced problem solving/troubleshooting skills at a strategic level.Proven ability to craft and communicate a compelling strategic narrative.Expert-level familiarity with CRM tools – expert knowledge of Klaviyo, Salesforce, Pardot, Iterable, Braze a significant advantage.Experience with high-growth e-commerce / D2C brands is an advantage.Experience leading strategy for SMS and app notification programs, a big plus.Benefits & PerksOpportunity to have a real impact in a high growth international brandWork remotely from anywhere in the worldControl your time - flexible hoursResponsibility from day one, professional and personal growthGreat company culture, working alongside rockstar professionals from various industries and backgroundsPotential to evolve your career and role
