The role focuses on supporting existing business customers in the Swedish logistics market.

It is a structured, office-based position with clear processes and defined responsibilities.

Key aspects of the role

• Regular contact with existing Swedish business customers
• Phone-based communication regarding transport needs and ongoing services
• Supporting assigned accounts within clearly defined processes
• KPI-based daily work in an international team

Requirements

• Initial experience in customer service, sales support or similar roles
• Confidence in phone-based communication
• Structured and reliable working style

Language requirements

• No German required

• Permanent role with fixed working hours (Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00)
• Fixed salary plus transparent bonus model
• Office-based role in Berlin
• 28 days paid leave
