The Role

Senior React Developer to take full ownership of building their new web application from the ground up. This hands‑on leadership role requires strong frontend architecture skills, modern React/TypeScript expertise, and experience establishing scalable solutions, tooling, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Ownership : Lead development of new web app from scratch – architecture, tooling, coding standards
• Architecture & Design : Define scalable frontend architecture for performance and maintainability
• Feature Development : Build responsive React/TypeScript interfaces with modern libraries
• Collaboration : Work with PMs, designers, backend engineers for seamless UX
• Quality & Testing : Implement unit/integration/E2E testing strategies (Jest, RTL, Cypress)
• Continuous Improvement : Optimize performance, maintain CI/CD, stay current with trends

What You Bring (Required)

• 7+ years professional frontend experience, React expert
• Proven greenfield projects (bootstrapping apps, build tools, standards)
• Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress
• Styling: TailwindCSS, Material UI, Styled Components, Storybook
• Strong problem‑solving, UX passion, attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Next.js or SSR frameworks
• Frontend team leadership experience
• Micro‑frontend architectures
