Join goodBytz as a Customer Success Associate in Hamburg, Germany. This role is ideal for someone who blends passion for culinary innovation with a strong focus on customer success.

Responsibilities

Integrate our kitchen robots into the operational workflows of clients across the DACH region.
Provide hands‑on training and support for staff in robot operation.
Guide customers through onboarding, ensuring optimal use after technical commissioning.
Maintain sustainable customer relationships and identify optimization opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, product, sales, service) to refine our solutions.

Qualifications

Completed culinary or trade training or equivalent qualification.
Relevant experience in gastronomy or hospitality (service, kitchen, etc.).
Good understanding of food processes, technical aptitude, & hands‑on mentality.
Passion for guest orientation and excellent customer service.
High flexibility and travel readiness across the DACH region.
Excellent German and good English language skills.
