Your profile

  • Great communication skills in German and English are required
  • Experience in the datacenter sector and colocation products is mandatory
  • Technical understanding of Colocations services (e.g. power, cooling, cabling, cabinets) is beneficial
  • The role requires a high level of accuracy and planning and comes with a great level of autonomy
  • Traveling for customer meetings in Germany or the Netherlands can be part of the role

Your mission

  • Primary customer contact for assigned customers from contract signature to end of term
  • Onboarding New Customers in close collaboration with other internal departments/stakeholders
  • The “liaison officer” between Sales and other departments
  • Improve contract quality within existing datacenters and regarding assigned customers
  • Work with assigned customers on contract improvement and service order prolongations
  • Assist with inbound leads and work on new opportunities in case capacity becomes available
  • Pro-active engagement with customers regarding regular review meetings and SLA reviews
  • Close monitoring of state of Accounts for assigned customers in close collaboration with the Accounting Team
  • Close collaboration with the Service Desk (e.g. regular alignment, new requirements, incidents, issues, Service Management reports)
