Tasks
As a Business Product Owner, you will be a mini-CEO for one of our products, playing a crucial role in establishing and maintaining market leadership, driving product expansion, and enhancing operational efficiency. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the main point of contact within the company. Engage with customers to understand their goals, pain points, and product usage; turn feedback into actionable insights for targeted solutions and long-term success. Monitor customer health scores and proactively address potential concerns. Analyze feedback, market trends, and conduct competitive research to identify improvement opportunities. Product Management
Define a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals, anticipating future market shifts. Assess new markets, customer segments, and features to drive expansion. Coordinate with engineering, sales, marketing, and other teams for efficient product launches. Improve existing workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market. Monitor cost structures for savings without compromising quality. Streamline customer support processes to improve response times and satisfaction. Requirements
Essential skills and experiences : At least 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles within a B2B environment. Native-level German and fluent English proficiency. Experience engaging with stakeholders at various levels. Ability to understand complex processes and create tailored solutions. Excellent time management and multitasking skills. Customer-centric mindset and ability to communicate strategies effectively. Experience in startups, consulting, or fast-paced environments, especially in logistics or related fields, is a plus. Personal Values
