DeepL is redefining how the world communicates, and our DACH Customer Success team is at the heart of that mission. We are looking for a strategic, technical, and multilingual Customer Success Manager to support our growing expansion into the Swiss market. Based in Germany but focused on Switzerland, you will manage a high-impact portfolio of 20–25 Corporate accounts. This isn’t a high-volume urn and burn role; it’s a high-touch position where you will navigate the complexities of the Swiss public and private sectors, acting as a bridge between DeepL’s world-class AI and our customers' global ambitions.
