Your responsibilities:

• Advise potential and existing customers about our products via different channels (phone, email, and chat)
• Work together with customers to find the best solutions for their individual technical requirements
• Continously improve our services by contributing your ideas

• Strong communication skills in German and English and very strong people skills
• Self‑initiative, team spirit, and a structured work style
