For over 25 years, we have been developing innovative, modular, web-based applications for the automotive industry. Our customers from the passenger car and commercial vehicle sectors rely on our software solutions for the digital management, marketing, and presentation of their vehicles. Our well-coordinated team of 16 colleagues works together in an agile and solution-oriented manner. With strong technical expertise, we are committed to significantly relieving our customers, automating processes, and saving valuable time in day-to-day business.

Responsibilities

• You will handle incoming inquiries from our business customers (via phone or ticket) in a friendly and solution-oriented manner
• You will independently analyze support requests, document them systematically in the ticket system, and resolve them yourself whenever possible
• You will answer common questions about our web applications (e.g., usage, settings, user management, administration)
• You will forward more complex cases in a structured way to the appropriate departments

Your profile

• Ideally, initial experience in support, customer service, or with web-based applications
• A strong willingness to learn and enjoy delving into technical topics. Good technical understanding is beneficial, but not essential – more important is your curiosity and willingness to grow
• An independent and structured way of working
• Excellent German language skills (spoken and written), English skills are a plus
• A supportive team with open communication and flat hierarchies

• Flexible working hours within our support times (Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–4:00 PM)
