Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Stellenbeschreibung:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the voice of Lyto Brands Group for our customers. Together with the team, you'll ensure first-class customer service – and make sure the entire team learns from your customer interactions. The position can be performed either fully on-site in Düsseldorf or with up to two days per week working from home.

Responsibilities

  • Customer service with high standards – You respond to inquiries via email and social media – quickly, friendly, and to the point. You find pragmatic solutions and surprise customers with little extras.
  • Order management & shipping checks – You review orders when there are uncertainties, handle address corrections, and coordinate with production.
  • Coordination with fulfillment & production – You're the interface between customers and our internal team when something goes wrong – and keep everyone informed.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support or community management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Quick learner with new tools and systems
  • Fluent in German and English
