Customer Support Specialist – Remote Opportunity (Based in Greece)

Overview

We are currently hiring Croatian + English speakers for an international customer support role with the opportunity to work remotely after onboarding.

Location & Start Dates

Location: Athens, Greece.

Start dates: 15/22/29 May.

Schedule

Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday (08:00–19:00).

Contract

Permanent, full-time.

Work Model

The role begins with a paid on‑site training period in Athens (approximately 9 weeks). This phase is mandatory to ensure full onboarding and integration into the project. After successful completion of training and consistent performance, employees may transition to a remote (Work‑From‑Home) setup. In some cases, remote work from the beginning may be considered, subject to prior approval before the start date.

Important

All candidates must be based in Greece. Remote work is only allowed within Greece, and working from another country is not permitted.

Salary & Benefits

• 1200€ gross monthly salary x14 payments per year

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (C1+) and English (B2+)
• EU citizenship or full working rights in the EU
• Willingness to relocate to Athens and start on‑site
• Availability for rotational shifts
