As an intelligence planner, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to develop assessments that provide actionable intelligence and context. This role supports warfighters with critical decisions that affect national security.

The Opportunity

As a Cyber Operations Planner on our team, you will provide support for developing, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of CCMD cyberspace operations planning activities. You will input throughout planning functions—from translating strategic guidance through concept and plan development to planning assessments and associated functions. Acting as the authority on your target, you will deliver time‑critical recommendations under pressure. This role offers growth in intelligence planning, new skills, and the chance to share methodologies with other planners. You will also build expertise in both offensive and defensive cyberspace operations and be mentored to develop new skills and tools.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with intelligence planning or all‑source intelligence analysis
• 2+ years of experience with cyberspace operations or cyber intelligence
• Experience creating products on short timelines that conform to DoD or DIA analytic tradecraft standards
• Knowledge of intelligence support for both offensive and defensive cyberspace operations
• Knowledge of Joint Intelligence Planning concepts and the Joint Targeting Cycle
• Ability to brief and advise senior defense and military officials
• TS / SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience at a Joint Combatant Command, Service Component, or national Intelligence Agency
• Experience managing all‑source intelligence collection requirements
• Experience providing intelligence support to the joint targeting process
• Experience with advanced intelligence search techniques, information databases, data visualization, and tools
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Master's degree
• DoD 8570 certifications

Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by location, education, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate represents the typical salary range and is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package. This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
