Responsibilities: You will lead and design digital identity initiatives, driving strategic development in this area You will lead consulting projects focused on the implementation and optimisation of IAM, PAM, MFA and CIAM solutions You will advise both external and internal senior stakeholders on best practices, improvements and strategic direction You will design and deliver training programmes, ensuring best practices and standards are upheld within IAM environments You will proactively contribute to business development activities, sales support and long-term relationship building

Required Skills: You speak German at a Native/C2 level, and fluent English You have a clear, extensive consulting background You are energetic, driven and collaborative, with a strong team-oriented mindset. You are a strong communicator who can engage confidently with senior stakeholders You have relevant experience across IAM, PAM, MFA and CIAM topics and tools You have knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory requirements You have demonstrable pre-sales and sales support experience You have experience developing strategies and working closely with senior stakeholders
