Responsibilities

• Join the Henkel cybersecurity team, supporting others in applying security practices in their organizations.
• Conduct comprehensive security assessments of IT systems, projects and organizations.
• Advise colleagues on best practices in information security and cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into business processes, IT organizations and IT systems.
• Develop and implement information security and cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for management, highlighting findings and recommendations.
• You can learn from excellent team members and make yourself an industry expert.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in IT, IT‑Security, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, OWASP, GDPR).
• Familiarity with cloud security, DevSecOps practices and design of secure IT architectures.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Dependable working style, hands‑on, and as part of a team.
• Solid project management skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient oral and written English language skills; German is a plus.
