D365 Product Owner (F&O / CE)

Our leading real estate client is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Product Owner to oversee and drive the successful delivery and optimisation of their D365 platform, covering both Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) modules.

Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary Product Owner for the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. Own the product roadmap, backlog, and prioritisation of enhancements across both F&O and CE. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to capture requirements, define user stories, and ensure smooth delivery. Hold system integrators and vendors to account, ensuring quality, timelines, and adherence to governance standards. Drive continuous improvement and optimisation of D365 processes to support the organisation’s digital transformation strategy. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar leadership role within Dynamics 365 (both F&O and CE). Strong understanding of business processes within the real estate or property management sector. Experience managing third-party vendors or system integrators. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
