Cluster Business Line Manager Industries, DACH
In this role, you will play a central part in driving sales execution excellence and scaling a high‑performing team of Sales Specialists within the Robotics Business Segment – General Industries in the DACH region. You will report directly to the DACH Sales Manager – Robotics, General Industries and be responsible for coaching, developing, and enabling a portion of the Sales Specialist organization while ensuring consistent sales execution and alignment with regional strategies.
You will support front‑end sales execution in a multi‑channel environment, working both in direct end customer engagement and indirectly via system integrators and partners. The portfolio is product‑driven, complemented by system solutions. The customer landscape consists of key accounts as well as a broad base of small and mid‑sized customers, requiring structured and scalable sales execution in close alignment with the DACH Sales Manager.
The work model for the role is: onsite / remote / hybrid.
This role contributes to the Robotics Business Segment – General Industries in DACH.
Main stakeholders are Sales, System Integrators, Channel Partners, Product Management, regional and global Business Line Management, and regional/country sales organizations.
