We are looking for a Data Analyst Process Mining & AI (m/f/d) to join Corporate Business Services (CBS) within the Group CFO organization.

As a Data Analyst in Process Mining & AI, you will play a key role in driving process improvement initiatives and leveraging technology to deliver measurable results. The position requires a strong background in Process Mining, data science/engineering, and cross-functional collaboration, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Your Tasks

• Support the implementation and execution of Process Mining technology and AI across end-to-end finance processes (Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze process inefficiencies, derive data‑driven insights, and implement improvement measures based on process mining results (exploratory and hypothesis-driven).
• Act as the technical expert for Process Mining within a team of process and industry specialists advising Shared Service Center clients on end-to-end process improvement.
• Implement the technical setup for Process Mining solutions, including data integration, transformation, and modeling of organizational data.
• Create customized, state-of-the-art Process Mining dashboards with defined KPIs based on business requirements.
• Build AI-driven solutions for process improvement, including GenAI and Agentic AI.

Your Profile

• Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in data science, information technology, business administration, or a related field, preferably with a focus on data analytics.
• 3+ years of experience in business process analysis or data science/data engineering, including implementation of data or Process Mining tools (e.g., Python, SAP Signavio, Celonis, Mehrwerk or Aris) and good knowledge of SQL.
• Beneficial experience with automation workflows (e.g., UiPath), AI technologies (LLMs, Microsoft Copilot Studio), and shared services or finance operations.
• Strong analytical, solution‑oriented, and detail‑focused mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills; fluent English, additional languages advantageous.
• Certifications in Process Mining, AI/ML, automation tools, or project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2) are a strong plus.
