We are hiring Data Center Technicians for our client at an advanced facility in Frankfurt. This hands‑on role focuses on maintaining the physical infrastructure that powers their global cloud and enterprise services.

Responsibilities

• Perform Level 2 break‑fix tasks: identify and resolve hardware issues such as faulty components, cabling problems, or server malfunctions.
• Maintain server racks, replace parts, and ensure systems are back online quickly and efficiently.
• Read and troubleshoot error messages independently.
• Communicate clearly in English with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of prior technical experience in a data center environment.
• Solid understanding of server architecture, networking basics, and data cabling.
• Full on‑site presence required.
• Confidence in reading error messages, troubleshooting independently, and clear communication in English.
