Data Entry Officer German-speaking (Remote, PH Based only)

We are looking for a Data Entry Officer German Speaking to work with us full-time in a remote setup for our Germany-based client. For this role, we only process candidates that are based in the Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

About The OTA Client: Building a group providing physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy treatments in physical practices, in elderly home cares and in private homes.

Your tasks

To learn the basics, you'll start by entering and managing patient and treatment data in our proprietary practice management software. Afterwards, depending on your interests and strengths, you'll take on tasks in the following areas:

• Prescription management: Record prescriptions in our system and organize the ordering/correction and billing with the health insurance companies.
• Support: Process written and telephone inquiries from therapists, relatives, and patients in our ticketing system.
• Physician Management: Maintain close contact with our physicians by regularly calling medical practices, deepening relationships with new and existing physicians, or maintaining our physician database.

Your profile

• You have at least 30 hours per week available, but full-time is preferred.
• You have excellent IT skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office.
• You communicate convincingly and professionally, both by phone and in writing.
• You work conscientiously and independently, and you enjoy taking on responsibility.
