NTU is currently leading a consortium under a

Multiple Framework Contract with the European Commission

focused on high-level advisory services related to digital government, ICT strategy, digital policy, and public sector transformation. To support future assignments under this framework, we are expanding our pool of

Data Governance and AI experts

across the European Union.

Assignments under the framework may include activities such as: Development of data governance frameworks and strategies; Advisory on AI governance, ethics, and regulatory frameworks; Data strategy and data management advisory for public administrations; Analysis of emerging technologies and digital innovation; Support to implementation of EU data and AI initiatives.

Profile Requirements We are particularly interested in experts with: 8+ years of experience in data governance, AI advisory, or digital innovation; Experience working with EU institutions, international organisations, or national public administrations; Expertise in data strategy, AI governance, data management, or digital innovation; Strong analytical and advisory skills, including preparation of studies and strategic reports; Degree in ICT, data science, public policy, or related fields; Fluency in English is required. Additional EU languages are an asset.
