Responsibilities

• Responsible for the technical integration of specific procurement data from our customers ERP system landscape into ivoflow using our middleware partners
• Mapping data from the source format to the target format
• Setting up profiles for data integration (CSV, DB, REST APIs)
• Providing consulting and technical support to our customers on the ivoflow software product
• Analyzing, designing, and implementing IT solutions within customer projects
• Supporting and further developing customer projects throughout their entire lifecycle
• Conducting technical error analysis and resolving issues (2nd/3rd level support)
• Contributing to the planning and implementation of new system landscapes
• Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams as well as external middleware partners to align integration solutions with business needs
• Having experience with interfaces and data integration

Qualifications

• Completed technical education (abgeschlossene Ausbildung) or degree in IT, or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Solid technical knowledge of IT systems and networks
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
• Confidence in using project management methods and tools
• Proven experience in customer project support and technical troubleshooting
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Independent, structured, and service‑oriented approach to work

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of cloud technologies or IT‑Security
• Experience with SAP or ERP enterprise systems, preferably in the supply chain and procurement space and/or working with middleware tools such as Lobster
