• You partner with Finance to execute ambitious roadmaps - translating business requirements into technical solutions for risk models and other use cases that drive measurable P&L impact
• You ensure production-grade model performance and infrastructure - delivering models meeting accuracy thresholds with robustMLOpspractices
• You drive technical architecture and cross-team coordination - designing systems, guiding best practices, and collaborating with Data Engineering,MLOps, and engineering teams
• You own operational excellence and team delivery -establishingproduction support standards, managing on-call rotation, andmaintainingtransparent stakeholder communication

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You haveseveralyears managing data science teams with a proventrack recordin hiring, developing talent, coaching, and resource planning
• Background You have experience driving data science projects in agile product teams and collaborating closely with POs and business stakeholders; finance domain knowledge is a plus
• Know-how Youpossesssolid MLexpertiseand modern tech stackproficiencywith Python, cloud platforms,MLOpstools, and AI-assisted codinge.g.Cursor, Claude Code
• Deployment You have real-world experience deploying large-scale ML models with a deep understanding of model lifecycle, NFRs, production support, and incident management
• Hands-on You have strong collaboration and execution skills - able to build consensus across tech and business stakeholders, balance priorities, and deliver on ambitious timelines
