Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with technical and legal standards.
• Manage service providers and contractors.
• Monitor and resolve incidents with the NOC.
• Participate in paid on‑call rotation (nights/weekends).
• Perform minor repairs and component replacements.
• Support budgeting, documentation, and audits.

Skills/Must have

• Training in electrical engineering or air conditioning.
• Willingness to gain switching/voltage authorisations.
• Strong technical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Flexible, team‑oriented, and hands‑on.
• Comfortable with on‑call duties.
• Fluent German; English is a plus.
