Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and systems
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently
Collaborate with team members to ensure minimal downtime
Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety protocols
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Familiarity with industrial tools, equipment, and safety practices
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed
Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Must meet all legal requirements to work in the U.S.
Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and reach
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
Manual dexterity and visual acuity required to operate tools and machinery
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory
Starting Pay $25.50 per hour DOE
