Responsibilities

• Analyze competitors’ network and sales MS in region, make the network development strategy.
• Coordinate with the company committee to evaluate the business plan of dealers and ensure the BP process compliance.
• Supervise consistency of Corporate Identity execution in the assigned Dealer Network in line with SI and Sales Standard guidelines.
• Update dealer operation guideline, dealer operation process evaluation and dealers’ annual operation target.
• Conduct dealer organizational evaluation, dealer sales indicator evaluation, sales process evaluation, and dealers operation performance.
• Make dealer incentive policy, and establish dealer management early warning mechanism.

Qualifications

• Work experience: 5 years or above Automobile network development and operation experience (dealer group or car brand company).
• Familiar with the automotive industry ecology, familiar with dealer operations.
• Value motivation: enjoy the sense of achievement under high pressure and pursue the achievement of goals.
• English can be the work language.
